“Worse than the pictures. Cant understand why they have a hugh rating. Room is cold due to breeze from door and windows. Door does not fit as it deformed from sun exposure. There is no hot water in the bathroom. I am nog typically picky but this place is ons on the worst places i ever stayed in. ”

“This was a beautiful unit a short drive from San Jose. The host offered us food and breakfast and messaged to check in if we were comfortable. We saw so many birds in the morning and evening. The pictures on the website don’t do justice to the amazing property. ”

“This is a gem of a place. Minimalistic with all the necessary stuff, neat and has a good view of the Arenal Volcano. Diana, the host was super helpful and attended to our needs. Loved staying here. It's also close to all the main attractions. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.”

“Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that……
