“初めてのキューバ滞在で利用しました。夜の到着だったため、周囲は非常に暗く少し不安でしたが、ホテルの中に入るとモダンで清潔な環境が整っていました。設備も十分に整っており、エアコンが使えて快適でした。朝食もとても美味しかったです。 スタッフさんも非常に献身的で、キューバ内で何かあったらいつでも頼って、と家族のように接してくださいました。特にラファエルさん、あなたのおかげで私達は非常に安心してハバナを探索することができました。本当にありがとうございました。 またハバナに行く機会があったら利用したいです。日本人の方にも非常におすすめします！”

Clean and tidy, nice breakfast, excellent services and offered everything you need and advice especially if you are not familiar with Havana. The condition of hostal is satisfactory. “Pleasant stay. Building was clean, quiet and staff was just wonderful. The family taking care of the place was warm and friendly. Havana is generally a safe city but they still had a security guard at the entrance overnight which is comforting as a solo traveler. Location was also in the heart of Old Havana making it a bit easier to get to my favorite places. ”

“My husband and I were here for our anniversary. Also our first visit to Cuba! The house is not located in Havana which was fine with me! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They will take great care of you. Shout out to Adrian, Ivan, and Jennifer! A/C in room and we had the king room with shower too. Breakfast is good if you’re a morning eater. They will literally take your order each day. Go to Pazillo for cocktails, food, and music that you can walk to. Also visit As Cafe for local……

“Très bon emplacement et très bel endroit mélangeant avec goût l'ancien et le moderne. Personnel sympahthique, nous avons même pu faire du change et acheter des cigares selon leurs conseils. Le petit-déjeuner compris est cependant à éviter absolument, ma femme a été malade 2 jours après l'avoir mangé. Il y a plein d'endroit à moins de 50 m où on peut le prendre. ”

“Accueil sympathique et attentionné, même tardivement. Carlo est très gentil, poli et nous a aidées pour les valises. La chambre est très spacieuse et la salle de bain aussi. L’immeuble est vieux et le rez de chaussé aussi mais c’est l’ambiance du quartier : une fois au 1er étage tout est bien et de bon goût et à tout moment nous n’oses sommes senties en sécurité.
