「Overall，it was a terrible experience. We stayed there for just one night this time. When arriving with my friends at the hotel, a girl asked us to sit down at the lobby and wait for checking in. So we did. My understanding was that she would bring all the paper forms to us for filling in. Then she came and asked me to go to the counter, which is about 30 meters away from where we sit. 「The Grand Argyle Resort & Villas was a beautiful location. Our room was very clean and spacious. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. There was a pool table located upstairs and an outdoor pool, however, it was not clean enough to enter. We did enjoy walking around the property and site seeing. The area offers spectacular views! I would recommend this hotel to others! 」
