"I had an exceptional stay and experience at the Millen Penang!! The room was beautifully set up and superb sea facing view from the bathroom. It was an amazing experience.
If there was anything to recommend for improvement, I will highly suggest to replace the soap on the basin with handwashing gel. The soap gets slimy with just an overnight use and sometimes housekeeping doesn’t necessarily always provide a new piece with subsequent stays. So with this improvement i think it will enhance the overall experience. Other than this, i had a perfect stay and truly enjoyed myself for my 9 nights stay at the hotel!!"
"The hotel is a bit dated. Would be a great 5 star resort hotel 10 years ago. The facilities and amenities in the hotel are old and wore down.
We still had a great stay, but we were expected a bit more modern hotel setup from this famous brand."
"From the moment we checked in, the vibes were excellent, the people were very friendly and caring, and the water filter in each room that gives you unlimited drinking water without calling anyone is such a big plus! Location wise it's perfect, super close to the new and posh area of Penang full of good food. Would stay again!"
