Central Tulsa Bar Hotel

"Very slow check in process and unfriendly staff. Property is run down and overall dirty. Carpets weren’t clean in all areas, fingerprints all over glass doors, trash in the lobby, our room had a horrid smell and not enough towels and some of the ones we did have were soiled. Tried calling down for more towels with no answer so I went down to the front desk and was told they would send up. We never got the towels. Had to buy air freshener spray for the smell in the room and it still didn’t help. The beds were pretty comfortable, but good luck getting any sleep as you can even hear your neighbors conversations. Noise all night and early morning. This is the type of place you feel like you don’t want to walk around your room without your shoes or have anything touch the floor. "

"Everything was good. If you stay a 2nd or 3rd night give them your players card after spending a few bucks and you get a cheaper room. Great service and a fun time. "

"The pool was very dirty upon arrival. We notified the front desk and they said they would have someone there to clean it that day and did follow thru. "

"I was put in a room with mold and residue on the shower and vanity top. Also had gum on the bathroom floor with dirt. I was moved to another room and seen they had people working on the room I was previously in. Which makes me wonder why they would sell me that room in the first place. There was also mold and water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. After being moved to 3 different rooms I was not accommodated because I booked through Expedia. "

"The staff was very nice and quick to respond to any questions or help, and I got a room refresh everyday. They had an amazing breakfast bar set up and the food was delicious."
