"I can’t say enough about this hotel. We arrived early to drop off our bags, and they kindly offered an early check in. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and modern, and it is within walking distance of so much fun that Chicago has to offer. We will definitely stay here again. "

"The room was clean, slightly outdated, but comfortable. The pool is heated and a decent size, there are some pebbles on the floor of the pool, could use resurfacing, not terrible though. There is an option for a time share presentation for those who are interested although the concierge was not pushy. The hotel is connected to Mr. Eds restaurant, tried several dishes, most was mid but they serve large portions. My room had a view facing Canal and the water, very nice with the curtains open at night. The bell staff was super helpful with luggage coming and going. There are some daily fees and a daily parking fee to be aware of, so take extra funds for that. Overall, the stay was good, and the area is close to where you want to be but not directly in the middle of the action. I would stay again."

"There was mold on the windows. Breakfast was not included, paid for parking. Did not know any of this was prior to booking. The staff knocked on our door constantly starting at 7am - 11am, we were not planning on checking out till later. Staff was in our rooms when we were gone did not know we had to specify for that as well. We were not really comfortable with our stuff being moved while we were gone. And really noisy neighbors slamming doors at 2am."

"We arrived earlier than the check-in time and were informed that our room was not ready. Later, when we checked in, we were told that our room was overbooked. It’s incredibly ridiculous! "
