「This hotel had a power outage when we arrived with 90+ degree weather and staying in a room with no power and no air conditioning was not possible for my family! The front desk said they couldn’t do anything because the power was out and did not give us a refund so they just kept our money and we had to find a different hotel to stay in . This is theft terrible service and terrible policy!」

「No lo recomiendo. No se puede dormir de el calor que hace. Me hospedé en julio, en la información indica que la casa tiene aire acondicionado, pero nada más 2 de los cuartos tienen un aire pequeño, y el resto de la casa siempre estaba muy caliente. Los aires ni alcanzaban a enfriar también por lo mismo de que al salirnos se metían a apagar los aires.」

「The photos are bit deceiving there is a huge abandoned building blocking the beach view which is also the view from the pool, the pool has seen better days we cut our feet on broken tiles. Location was good, close to beach, however don’t intend on sleeping the nights the clubs are open. The whole building was shaking from loud music until 5am. Convenient if you intend on partying but not if you’re looking for any kind of rest . However the staff were nice and the rooms were clean」

「Todo excelente, cuando me dieron la habitación no enfriaba el AC pedí el cambio y me dijeron que no había disponibles Les dije que no había forma de que me durmiera ahí sin AC, al final hasta el mesero Agustín me ayudó y me cambiaron de habitación la que me dieron estaba a pie De la alberca Las clases de yoga buenísimas en la mañana Todo es espectacular de ese lugar」

「The room is very spacious and comfy. If you opt in for included breakfast you will be surprised. So far, the one of the best included breakfasts overall. The personal is very helpful and always open to make your stay more enjoyable.」
