「Check in was the only bad part. The desk clerk at 11 pm was sleeping in the back office. Waited for almost 20 mins before I had to call the hotel, then he comes out of the back room to answer the phone with pillow marks on his face, and one side of hair standing up. The rest of the stay was great. Breakfast was full set up. 」

「Expedia : You gave us the wrong address. I have a. copy you send me. Ran around for an hour trying to find the hotel. Also, no one was available to assist us, especially figuring out the codes to elevator, room, entranca.. Bad experience. The only positive: The restaurant adjecent to hotel had excellent breakfast.」

「Pretty clean rooms, comfortable mattress, friendly, helpful staff, plenty of parking and a good view of the lake and the freeway. I slept very well. Nice coffee shop, very close by.」

「This place is absolutely awful and disgusting. There are stains and spills all throughout the room. I was supposed to get 2 queen sized beds and they gave me fulls instead. Blood splattered on the walls in the bathroom. My main concern was safety though. There were multiple sketchy people sitting in their cars at night watching us. There was one barely functioning lock on the main door. The window looks like someone has previously broken into it. Another conjoining door that had a small sign...

「I enjoyed my stay at McMenamnins Olympic Club overall. The only thing that I didn't appreciate was the additional $50 fee charged to me at check in in case I were to lose the roomkey, which wasn't included in my initial charges and wasn't communicated to me until I was checking into the hotel. Other than that, it was great!」
