“Beautiful property in the heart of Monopoli. We had the top terrace room overlooking the sea. Staff helpful with making dinner reservations. Beach towels provided which was very convenient. Busy area within walking distance of anything you needed. Yet quiet and air conditioner was top notch. Too cold even at times. But was needed in the 37 degree heat we had. Parking can be tricky so be careful to not get a ticket like we did. Would definately stay again. Room is lovely but quite small but with……

“Very friendly and helpful property manager (Gianni) with useful suggestions and recommendations for restaurants, shops, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was about the best spot you could get in the historic center, in a quiet little side street but only a 30 second walk to the only coffee bar that opened before 8am (I enjoy coffee by 7:00-7:30!), and a 2 minute walk (if that) to many restaurants, bars, etc. The shower was a bit tiny and cramped but otherwise……

“The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked. Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. We knew this but if you are tall and have large suitcases certainly not ideal. Initial inspection looked good although a bit smaller than the photos suggested.
