“We had a lovely, large, clean, airy room with a comfortable balcony which had a table and chairs. Really good air conditioning which was needed and a mini fridge with drinks. Very comfortable bed. Staff were really friendly and helped us to book a restaurant and taxi. Breakfast had a mixture of continental and scrambled eggs and sausage. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, and Franco, the host, was very kind and accommodating with our requests. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a pet-friendly property, and the owner’s dog is free to roam around the property. The dog is very friendly and well behaved, but if you are scared of dogs, it’s worth being aware of this before booking.”

“The room is in the thick of old Martina Franca. It is simple, sweet and Nonna-like, Sara & Framcesco provide much bottled water & a bottle of sparkling wine as as a gift-which is a lovely touch. MF is a maze of alleyways and crazy to navigate, but most everything you need is nearby. Sara even came with us to the parking lot to help with luggage. Sara picks up your choices for breakfast and drops it in the morning at the time you want.”

“The main hotel reception, restaurant, bar and pool were lovely. The rooms very nice and clean however the decking on the lodges was appalling and very dangerous. Nails sticking out, cracked and rotten boards. You felt like you were going to fall through. Also in the restaurant they don’t chill or cover the deli meets and cheese so they have flies all over them and and dangerous to eat sitting in the heat for hours. If they fix those few things the place could be wonderful. But urgently they need……

“Really a fantastic place to stay. Really boutique feel. Room was fantastic. I have only one complaint, the WiFi did not reach my room (room 1). It worked on floors 2 and 3 with no issues. If they were to add a single WiFi extender on the 1st floor I think it would completely solve the issue. Really recommend this property”
