the most stunning views

a wonderful 2 months, watched he sun rise almost every day. Villa had everything you could need and Mr Lafon was always very helpful. Would certainly go again.

Amazing sea views and walks

The villa is lovely and the sea view amazing. There are lovely walks to the beach and village though you need to be fit as there loads of steps and hills. There is a dishwasher and bbq which a great and a lovely terrace and pool area. It is also very close to Spain which is fun for meals out. Unfortunately there were biting ants in the back room so it’s worth bringing insect repellant. There are lots of extra charges for linen and cleaning all in cash. The security deposit also needed to be cash and we were not aware so that was tricky and a bit stressful. The showers are lovely but unfortunately the rainfall head did not work in one. I was glad I messaged to tell the owner as the checking was rigorous! When we left I found the inventory check very rude even the forks got counted with lots of sighing. It took 20mins to check things and I felt this left a bad taste.

Der Zustand und die Ausstattung des Hauses ist nicht wie beschrieben. Die Beschreibung "Luxusvilla" idt hier ganz und gar nicht zutreffend. Wir sind schon sehr vitl gereist , aber sowas wie dieses Haus haben wir noch nie erlebt

Einfach nur perfekt:-)

Es war so schön, es passte einfach alles. Eine tolle Lage, ein traumhafter Blick aufs Meer, ein klasse Pool ( super Wasser ), prima Ausstattung und ein so freundlicher Vermieter. Fijne locatie vlak tegen Spaanse grens.

Met name de eerste week van ons verblijf met temp. Rond 27 graden en zonder buren waten fantastisch waarbij we ook meermaals mer onze fiets naar Banyules sur mer zijn gereden over de hoge bergweg. Avonds afkoelen in je eigen zwembadje was ook heerlijk.

Vermeilleux !

Entrés et passés dans les excellentes commodités qu’offre la villa, il ne vous restera plus qu’à vous laisser littéralement emportés et absorbés par la vue merveilleuse de la Côte Vermeille. De la prise de contact à l’emplacement idéal, tout était parfait.

Petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse au lever du soleil

Villa telle que décrite dans l'annonce. Vue époustouflante sur la mer. Le vent (tramontane) était parfois dérangeant sur la terrasse (un volet serait un plus).Propriétaire sympa qui nous a donné quelques conseils bien précieux sur place.

Herrlich freier Blick auf das Mittelmeer

Schönes Haus mit funktionaler Einrichtung und wunderbarem Balkon zum Mittelmeer hin. Sowohl vom oberen Balkon, als auch von der unteren Poolterrasse sieht man auf das Wasser. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben sich umgehend um alle Fragen gekümmert. Ortskern ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Bilder im Inserat geben die Wohnung richtig wieder. Jeder Balkon zeigt eine der beiden Haushälften an. Ein schönes Haus für erholsame Tage am Mittelmeer mit eigenem Pool.

Das Haus kann ich jedem empfehlen, der Urlaub in einer ruhigen Gegend sucht. ES verfügt über alles, was man im Urlaub braucht und bietet durch den Pool eine sehr angenehme Erholung, ansonsten kann man sehr gut zu Fuß zur kleinen Bucht des Ortes laufen und sich im Meer erfrischen. (Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen! ) Vom Vermieter wurden wir sehr angenehm betreut , wir kommen sicher wieder, tolles Haus - toller BLick aufs Meer und jeden Morgen sieht man die Sonne aufgehen, megaaaaa....wer nicht bucht ist selber schuld :)

logement fonctionnel avec ses chambres au rez-de-chaussée; plusieurs terrasses et piscine qui doit être fort appréciable en été. équipement conforme; belles balades à faire en bord de mer (cerbère-Banyuls). Seul inconvénient pour nous est l'éloignement de cerbère pour rejoindre les autres destinations (retour sur Perpignan) et route sinueuse de bord de mer, mais juste un détail; nous recommandons donc cette location
