「We’re doing a tour of Slovenia and this was our favourite accommodation the staff were so helpful, the accommodation was immaculate we chose to have the breakfast and it was the best we’ve had so far ! We were cycling and the hosts happily stored our bikes and gave us directions of where to go and swim in the river which we did and enjoyed immensely would love to stay again when we’re in the area 5 stars are not enough」

「I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. We walked around the hotel...

「The apartment itself was excellent: very clean, spacious, and well laid out. The kitchen was well equipped for basic meals, with essentials like washing-up liquid, sponge, cloth, tea towel, plus tea, coffee, salt, and pepper provided. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the accommodation. We arrived mid-afternoon to find reception unattended and never found staff there despite returning several times before it closed at 8pm. There were people in the staff area, but...

「Staff, room, and restaurant were amazing. Great communication. Easy check in. Beautiful/comfortable room. All good was well labeled. They even made me a gluten free breakfast to go. I would highly recommend for people with food allergies.」

「This was a great location, room was nice and breakfast was good. We had a really nice stay. My criticism is the spa rules were not consistent and regimented concerning hours spent as a hotel guest even when it was not busy. I think it is a shame that they don’t have a pool for families. The pool is only used for people 18 years and older. The spa services were not available on the weekend which is surprising during peak season.」

「Bathroom not clean - mold on tile, hair in drain, film on fixtures. AC non-functional. Otherwise adequate. Great location in old town Kranj with good proximity to Ljubljana airport. Was hard for cab to find, as seems to be located in a pedestrian/locals only zone. The retro-appliance vibe is cute, but the rooms are spartan and the common space furniture is dated and worn. We expected more for the price - not a good value. Looked better in the photos.」
