Staff were fantastic, very helpful. However the hotel was booked for a wedding and the guests could not use the restaurant overlooking the lake. Also they did not provide room service to accommodate the guests. Sound proof room( no) very noisy.

This hotel was recommended by chatGPT. This hotel has a beautiful view but that is it. The rooms were entirely too small. I was a solo traveler and the room was too small for just me and my suitcases. The bed was way too hard and the rooms were cold. Someone did come help me turn on the heat thankfully. The worst part was the location...it is totally uphill and I wish I would have stayed closer to town because this hotel was inconvenient to EVERYTHING. Taxis are 25-35 dollars for 4 minutes downhill. Worst decision of my entire trip. Breakfast was inedible and I gagged while looking at it. The eggs had a green tint to them.

Nous avons apprécié sa disponibilité d'une chambre classique en plein mois d'aout, belle batisse surplombant le lac; Nous avons moins apprécié la petitesse de la chambre (9 m2) et la douche de type cabine (2m2)= très singulier pour un 4 étoiles avec un tarif pourtant très élevé. Petit déjeuner tout juste correct car le pain est immangeable; La petite piscine est sans particularité si ce n'est que les serviettes de bain ont été facturées, la vue sur le lac est très agréable ; le parking facturé à 21 euros;

Fantastic view, well maintained boutique hotel, absolutely friendly staff. Breakfast buffet can be better with improvement of options. 40 minutes of steep steps to climb to/from city center and ferry, but uber/taxi (€25 approx) can save the sweat. Overall, this hotel fits our need to relax and to soak in the stunning views of Lake Como.
