Received the excellent service and experience with the hotel staff, restaurant food and service was outstanding. With walking distance to lake como and access to lake como with ferry and taxi service, great place for getaway with all tourist things and crowds just few minutes away.

This boutique hotel was in walking distance from the town. Room was clean and spacious. We only stayed one night and had breakfast included. We had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely. There was parking at the hotel which made it easy.

Super nice

A fantastic small hotel with a lovely view and location in this cute town. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast amazing. We would highly recommend this place.

The best and most amazing hotel staff I have ever experienced. The hospitality and genuine care they showed us was unforgettable. During a public transportation strike, they went out of their way to help us navigate the city. We were there for our wedding and honeymoon photos, and when taxis refused to take us for such a short distance while my wife was in her wedding dress, the staff stepped in without hesitation. One of them even drove us in their personal car so my wife did not have to walk in her gown. Their kindness and dedication went far beyond anything we could have expected. Words cannot describe how incredible the staff truly were.

The hotel itself has good rooms. Everything was clean and modern. The restaurant on the premises was great; we ate there multiple times. The real highlight of our stay was the staff. The owner Andrea was amazing. We had a large car for the area (the roads around Lake Como are SMALL). This led to some issues with parking and even getting into and out of the hotel's parking lot. Andrea helped us when we got to the hotel and even backed our car out himself when we were leaving our stay. Everyone else was also incredibly friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong staying here.

Wir waren eine Nacht hier. Das Hotel/ Restaurant liegt sehr ruhig. Ist aber gut erreichbar. Der Empfang war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer modern und sauber. Das Frühstück ausreichend. Cernobbio selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die bessere und ruhigere Alternative zu Como was sehr überlaufen ist. Wir können den Ort und das Hotel auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Hotel razoável. Não vale o custo benefício. Longe do centro, Subida muito íngreme para ir a pé. Toalhas gastas e finas. Tudo muito simples. O quarto que diz vista parcial não tem vista alguma, só há vegetação.

Familiäres Hotel in Cernobbio nahe Como

Das Hotel liegt leicht erhöht über dem Comersee. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist extrem eng und wenig geeignet für grössere Autos. Der Weg ist auch sehr eng. Die Zimmer sind renoviert worden, können aber hohen Ansprüchen nicht genügen. Preis/Leistung stimmt daher nicht. Das Personal ist freundlich.
