Cerro beach house Azul, surfing, fishing, running, swimming, marine gastronomy

We are located at km 132 south of the city of Lima. It is a town of 3000 inhabitants where its main activity is fishing. It also has an extensive beach where you can practice SURFE. The house is located in the town where we have a main door that overlooks the street and through the back door directly leads to the beach at 50 mtrs. The house is 160 square meters consisting of 2 bedrooms with TV and each with its own private hot water bathroom. Living room with three-two-one sofa with a 50-inch TV. Furnished kitchen with microwave refrigerator and complete utensils. Main bathroom with washing machine. Small bathroom in the garden that has a terrace and bbq with access to the beach. One block from each is the square of arms with half a block church but there is the market where you can buy meat, chicken, pork and fruit vegetables. If you like fish you will find it at the dock to buy and prepare. If there are no restaurants throughout the malecon where you can taste all kinds of marine community. The summer months are from December to March where the temperature reaches 25 degrees which is generally the time used by Lima to go to the beach. As of April there is still sun but the wind is running, May June July August is winter time. set Oct Nov begins to warm up which is spring. 15 minutes away is the city of San Vicente de Cañete. Where you will find Creole food restaurants and a commercial center with supermarket. 1 hour and 30 minutes away is Lunahuana where they can do CANOTAJE and if you like liquor they can taste in their pisco and wine cellars.
