“The hotel is very clean and our room has an armoire which is so necessary to organize our belongings. The hot water with tea or coffee is always available. Moreover, we are so grateful to the staff members for their kindness. I contacted them the night before to ask if we could wait in the lobby since we would be arriving at 6 am in the morning. “Very helpful staff, they helped me to do printing of ticket, to order taxi and to talk a bus company who didn't send me email of purchased ticket. Room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast at terrace was really nice. Though you have to walk for 10 mins to plaza de arms, it was worth walking coz for the price and peaceful atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend!”
