“Excelente estadía , fui por trabajo y me dieron las comodidades para poder hacerlo, el personal muy servicial el desayuno fue bueno, punto de mejora, revisar sus griferias se pasaba el agua por el inodoro toda la noche.”

“Our family of 4 stayed one day in this hotel. The whole property including internal garden is beautiful and very clean. We have been especially impressed by the dinner served after our trip to Colca Canyon. It was delicious with high end restaurant presentation. The staff was attentive and very helpful.”

“Overall it was good experience to stay in Colca lodge especially the thermal bath so close to natural. The room I stayed with water leakage from ceiling which need to be fixed ”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk staff. The rooms were clean and cozy. We had a space heater and warm blankets for those cold nights high up in the mountains of Colca. It honestly was the best hotel breakfast ive had while i stayed in the Arequipa area.The breakfast had a big variety I would recommend it to anyone. I would definitely stay here again if i ever visit Colca and would recommend it to anyone. Gracias a todos desde los Estados Unidos Miguel V. ”

“Hotel and surroundings were beautiful. Location was great and restaurant staff was super friendly. The lady who did our check in and check out was not so friendly and she kept our passports and forgot to give them back. The hotel called our tour guide and thankfully we were at the canyon and able to return to Chivay to retrieve it. The tour guide said that this is a common occurrence at this hotel and a major inconvenience. Management needs to address this issue. Otherwise the hotel was……

“The location was good, the staff was a little disorganized, the noise level in the room was poor and there were no basic amenities in the room such as water, shampoo, coffee, etc. Not a place I would stay again.”
