We rent this property since 2013 and in many years we never got such a fake review. We always accept critics, because they help us grow and get better, but we do not accept lies, which is why I’m replying. Don’t le me start with the money (since we don’t manage the payments and we get them once you check out of the house), but the pictures are exactly what you saw and what you got and they’re the same ones any other guest saw before you and no one was ever as surprised as you were (but I think you also weren’t so surprise or you’d told me as soon as you got there), we actually got quite a few compliments! The houses are two, as listed on the description on the website, which you shoud read before you rent a house. I accepted your five small dogs because you told me they are good and respectful of the house and the garden, and I trusted you, as I also have and love animals myself. Maybe I should have asked your dogs informations about their owner… All your lies come from the fact that you left your dogs several times locked up alone in the house when you left, which, since you weren’t there, barked and cried. I told you that, and it got on your nerves. My wife came by one time to say hello, as we always do when we’re on site and get the opportunity to meet our guests and ask if they need anything in particular or if everything was fine. When she saw that you used the water hose (which is outside of the property since it’s used to water the fields all around… we’re on a countryside if you didn’t read it on the description) to let the dogs drink, she told you it was undrinkable water, for your dogs’ safety! The other times she came to apologize to our other guests for your behavior! No one authorized you to take our private belongings, stocked up in a wood house at the back of the garden rounded by red bands, to “build” fences for your dogs nor to let them drink out of the pots! We’re lucky she came by and saw it so we could throw the pots away and buy new ones, which we paid for ourselves, without asking for your deposit. Nor was acceptable to clean the floor with the towels we gave you (I mean, seriously..?!) which we also had to threw away. If you live like that at your house, no problem, but we surely do not accept guests to come to our house and think they can do whatever they want, without being respectful of the house, of the people and of the animals! All the other things you wrote are so ridiculous that everyone can sees it themselves, i don’t need to reply (how is it possible you found the house and the bath perfectly cleaned, and we leave other guests’ urine on the floor? And that you don’t say it right away, but 5 days after your arrival and only after I told you that leaving 5 dogs alone in the house is not such a good thing to do..?) Wir vermieten dieses Haus seit 2013 und in viele Jahren haben wir noch nie so eine fiktive Bewertung bekommen. Wir akzeptieren Kritiken, weil sie uns dabei helfen, zu wachsen und besser zu werden. Wir akzeptieren aber keine Lügen, deshalb antworte ich. Lass mich nicht mit dem Theater des Geldes anfangen (da wir die Zahlungen nicht verwalten und wir es bekommen, erst wenn die Gäste aus dem Haus gehen), aber die Bilder sind genau das, was du gesehen hast und was du bekommen hast. Die sind genau die gleiche Bilder jeder andere Gast vor dir gesehen hat und niemand war so überrascht wie du (aber ich glaube, du warst auch nicht so überrascht oder das hättest du mir sofort gesagt), wir haben tatsächlich einige Komplimente bekommen! Die Häuser sind zwei, wie in der Beschreibung auf der Website aufgeführt, die du lesen solltest, bevor du ein Haus mietest. Ich habe eure fünf kleinen Hunde angenommen, weil du mir gesagt hast, dass sie gut und respektvoll mit dem Haus und Garten umgehen, und ich habe dir vertraut, da ich auch Tiere habe und liebe. Vielleicht hätte ich deine Hunde nach Informationen über ihren Besitzer fragen sollen… Alle deine Lügen kommen zur Folge, dass ihr eure Hunde mehrmals allein im Haus eingesperrt gelassen habt, und da ihr nicht da wart, bellten und weinten sie. Das habe ich dir gesagt, und es ging dir auf die Nerven. Meine Frau kam einmal vorbei, um Hallo zu sagen, wie wir es immer tun, wenn wir vor Ort sind und die Gelegenheit haben, unsere Gäste zu treffen und zu fragen, ob sie etwas Besonderes brauchen oder ob alles in Ordnung ist. Als meine Frau sah, dass ihr den Wasserschlauch benutzt habt (der sich außerhalb des Grundstücks befindet, da er zum Bewässerung der Felder verwendet wird…wir sind auf dem Land, wenn du es nicht in der Beschreibung gelesen hast), um die Hunde trinken zu lassen, sie sagte euch, es sei ungenießbares Wasser, für die Sicherheit eurer Hunde! Die andere Male kam sie, um sich bei unseren anderen Gäste für eurer Verhalten zu entschuldigen! Niemand hat euch autorisiert, unser Privateigentum, das in einem Holzaus im hinteren Teil des Gartens mit roten Bändern eingedeckt ist, mitzunehmen, um für euere Hunde Zäune zu „bauen“ oder sie aus den Töpfen trinken zu lassen! Wir haben Glück gehabt, dass meine Frau vorbeikam und es gesehen hat, damit wir die Töpfen wegwerfen und neue kaufen konnten, die wir selbst bezahlt haben, ohne eure Anzahlung zu verlangen. Es war auch nicht akzeptabel, den Boden mit den Handtücher zu putzen (ist das eure Ernst..?!), die wir auch wegwerfen mussten. Wenn ihr so in eurem Haus wohnt, gar kein Problem, aber wir akzeptieren sicherlich keine Gäste, die denken sie könnten alles tun, was sie wollen, ohne dabei das Haus, die Menschen und die Tiere zu respektieren! All die andere Dingen, die du geschrieben hast, sind so lächerlich, dass es jeder für sich selbst sehen kann, ich brauche nicht zu antworten. (Wie ist es möglich, dass du das Haus und das Bad perfekt gereinigt gefunden hast und wir den Urin anderer Gäste auf dem Boden hinterlassen? Und dass du es nicht sofort gesagt hast, sondern 5 Tage nach eurer Ankunft und erst nachdem ich dir gesagt habe, dass es nicht so gut ist, 5 Hunde allein im Haus zu lassen..?) E´ dal 2013 che affittiamo questa proprieta´ , ed in tanti anni non abbiamo mai ricevuto una recensione cosi´ falsa ed evidentemente tendenziosa. Accettiamo sempre le critiche, servono per crescere e migliorarsi, ma le bugie assolutamente no, e quindi mi sento in dovere di replicare. Tralascio il teatrino dei pagamenti (non li gestiamo noi ma il sito, noi veniamo pagati dopo che voi ospiti ve ne siete andati via ...) , ma le foto descrivono esattamente cio´ che hai visto e ricevuto, e sono le stesse che hanno negli anni visto gli altri ospiti, e nessuno e´ mai rimasto cosi´ sorpreso (veramente neanche tu lo sei stato, altrimenti me lo avresti fatto sapere immediatamente, non credi ...?), anzi piu´ volte ci e´ stato detto che non rendono giustizia alla bellezza del posto ! Che le case siano 2, adiacenti, e´ scritto nella descrizione, ma bisognerebbe leggere prima di tutto. Ho accettato i vostri 5 piccoli cani dietro alle tue assicurazioni che sono buoni e rispettosi della casa e del giardino, e mi sono fidato, in quanto anche io amante e proprietario di animali. Ma avrei dovuto chiedere ai cani informazioni sul loro padrone ...Infatti, tutte le bugie che hai scritto, nascono dal fatto che li avete spesso lasciati chiusi soli in casa, e durante le vostre assenze ovviamente si sono lamentati abbaiando e piangendo. Te lo ho fatto presente, e cio´ ti ha infastidito. Mia moglie e´ passata una mattina per salutarvi, come facciamo sempre con i nostri ospiti quando ci e´ possibile, per chiedervi se era tutto ok o se avevate bisogno di qualcosa. Avendo notato che avevate preso in tubo dell´acqua da fuori la proprieta´, che serve per irrigare i campi circostanti (siamo in campagna, come avrai avuto modo di constatare dalla descrizione), e che la davate da bere ai cani, ve lo ha fatto presente, in quanto non potabile ..! Le altre volte e´ venuta a scusarsi con gli altri ospiti per il vostro comportamento ! Nessuno vi ha infatti autorizzato a prendere le nostre cose private, riposte in una casetta di legno adiacente, per fare recinti né a dare da mangiare ai cani nelle pentole in dotazione della casa, e fortuna che se ne e´ accorta, cosi´ le ha buttate via, senza tra l´altro chiedervi i soldi della cauzione (anche lavare in terra con gli asciugamani da bagno non e´ da persone civili, ed anche quelli li abbiamo buttati via) . Se voi a casa vostra vivete in questo modo, nessun problema, ma noi non accettiamo ospiti che vengono a fare i padroni, senza rispetto della casa, delle persone, e soprattutto senza rispetto per gli animali ! Tutte le altre cose che hai scritto sono talmente ridicole che chiunque se ne puo´ rendere conto da solo, senza bisogno di una mia replica (ti sembra possibile che trovate tutta la casa ed il bagno perfettamente puliti ed in ordine, e lasciamo l´urina in terra degli ospiti precedenti ? E che non te ne lamenti subito, ma 5 giorni dopo ll tuo arrivo , e solo dopo che ti ho detto che lasciare i cani da soli chiusi in casa non mi sembra una cosa giusta ...?).

We are sorry to receive a negative opinion on the entire structure and on our staff. Obviously you refers to the day when, to light the barbeque, you set fire to the hedge, (damage that has not even been charged ...) probably due to inability or carelessness, given that with the fire on the children they kept throwing pine needles on the fire. Fortunately, the staff intervened to avoid further damage and that annoyed you. In its place, I would have thanked and given 5 stars of judgment, but we are not all the same. Sometimes it would be nice to be able to give votes to guests too ... Es ist für uns nicht sehr angenehm, über uns eine bzw. unseren Mitarbeiter eine negative Bewertung zu erhalten. Diese Kritik bezieht sich offenbar nicht auf das Haus und die Ausstattung, sondern auf eine Begebenheit, die wir hier näher erläutern möchten. Sie haben während Ihres Aufenthaltes ein Barbecuefeuer im Garten entfacht. Dabei haben Ihre Kinder offenbar Tannennadeln ins Feuer geworfen, was dazu führte, dass sich die Flammen soweit ausdehnten, dass die dahinter liegende Hecke entzündet wurde und Brandflecken aufweist. Es war eine vollkommen korrekte Handlung unseres Mitarbeiters, Sie mit Nachdruck zu bitten, die nötige Vorsicht walten zu lassen und die Handlungen Ihrer Kinder zu beaufsichtigen, um einem Schaden am Haus bzw. Garten zu verhindern. Da unser Mitarbeiter in der Nachbarschaft wohnt, ist ihm das ausufernde Feuer natürlich aufgefallen. Es ist aber keineswegs so, dass unsere Gäste ständig kontrolliert werden. Aber bei so viel Unachtsamkeit musste er einschreiten. Man würde sich als Gastgeber wünschen, auch einmal die Gäste bewerten zu können... Ci dispiace ricevere un giudizio negativo, su l'intera struttura, e sul nostro personale. Ovviamente lei si riferisce al giorno in cui, per accendere il barbeque, ha dato fuoco alla siepe,(danno che non le e´ stato neanche addebitato ...) probabilmente per incapacita´ o per disattenzione, visto che con il fuoco acceso i bambini continuavano a gettare aghi di pino sul fuoco. Fortunatamente il personale e´ intervenuto, per evitare ulteriori danni e cio´ l´ha infastidita. Al suo posto, io avrei ringraziato e dato 5 stelle di giudizio, ma non siamo tutti uguali. A volte sarebbe bello poter dare i voti anche agli ospiti, ...
