Location: located in a strategic and well-served area, 10 minutes walk from the sea, and 5 km from the historic center of Cervia. Convenient to all services!

Description: nice and elegant apartment on 2 levels with modern furnishings, on the first floor of a small building. Entrance to a bright living room with double sofa bed, TV, table and kitchenette with induction hob - full bathroom with shower - large terrace on two sides, equipped with electric curtains and furnished with dining table and chairs.

Upper floor - bedroom with double bed - comfortable walk-in closet - second full bathroom with shower.

Property equipped with air conditioning and TV in every room, Wi-Fi and private parking space in front of the house. Small pets allowed.

The price includes:

- 24h on-site assistance
