Description: charming penthouse on two levels with new furnishings on the second floor of a small building near the sea.

Entrance to a large and bright living room with sofas, dining table, modern kitchenette with induction hob and balcony equipped with table and chairs - bedroom with double bed and bunk bed - second bedroom with double bed and single bed - full bathroom with shower - second bathroom with washing machine.

Upper floor: exclusive panoramic terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers with a beautiful view.

The property is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, parquet and two reserved parking spaces.

Pets are not allowed.



The price includes:

- 24-hour on-site assistance
