“It isn’t luxury. It is functional, but definitely it is not a premium apartment as announced, it’s outdated. Good host, always helpful. ”

“Clean room, helpful staff and beautiful view ”

“We spent 6 nights in this lovely property perfectly positioned for quick access to Valtourneneche and Cervinia. We skied and hiked. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay including all utensils etc. for preparing meals although we also dined at local restaurants easily accessible in the surrounding communities. The bathroom/shower was rather large. The bed was plenty comfortable. There was sufficient heat when necessary and plenty of ventilation when needed. The internet worked……

“Location tranquilla, pulita e ben gestita. Appartamento ideale per famiglie. Ho trovato solo il prezzo un po’ altino, considerando che si pernotta e basta. Esperienza comunque positiva e lo consiglierei”

“Nytt, pent og hyggelig innehaver.”

“Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura 4 notti. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto premurosa. Monolocale pulito, nuovo, funzionale e accogliente. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Consiglio vivamente.”

“Great place! Exactly as described and pictured. It was perfect for my needs. It was nice to have a kitchen and a terrace. Sitting outside and watching the trains come and go was fun. There is a bit of an incline to get to the place, but the climb was worth it. It’s in a very quiet part of Zermatt, but a 10-15 minute walk to anywhere in town. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again.”

“I cannot say enough great things about our stay at this property. Luigina was an incredibly gracious host - extremely responsive and helpful providing recommendations for restaurants and an option for a later checkout. The property itself was perfect for me and my husband and our 2 adult children - we especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms. The location was just perfect, providing spectacular views, peaceful surroundings but within a short drive to Cervinia. Highly recommend this property……

“What an incredible stay! ❤️”

“Host responds pretty quickly, although we didn’t receive our check-in instructions in advance. The unit was smaller than we expected (cozy) but it was clean. The entrance to the unit was dark, lights weren’t working. The main lights were not working, the 2 light switches to the right of the door upon entering the unit did nothing when pressed. We had to manually switch on lights scattered around the unit. We only got 1 small (mini travel size) shampoo and body wash bottles each, which had to……
