Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und der Vermieter war auch im Vorfeld immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist ordentlich und sauber, in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Einzig störend war, dass die Klimaanlage nur im Erdgeschoss ist und nicht bis zu den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss reicht. Da staute sich die Hitze. Bei angenehmen Temperaturen draußen konnten wir nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Matratzen sind ziemlich hart, wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen. Der direkte Weg zum Strand ist etwas holperig und nicht für Kinderwagen oder bei Gehschwierigkeiten zu bewältigen. Ein etwas weiterer Weg führt über die Straße zum Strand. Dort gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants. Der Strand ist nicht überfüllt, der Weg ins Wasser etwas felsig und wir hatten eine Menge Seegras. Der Pool ist nicht groß, aber die Kinder haben ihn geliebt. Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub!

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Urlaubswoche in diesem Apartment. Die Wohnung bietet für 5 Personen noch genügend Platz, zumal der Garten mit überdachter Sitzmöglichkeit den Wohnraum erweitert. Die gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, etc. ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Einziger Minuspunkt: die umfangreiche Inventarliste in französischer Sprache, welche zu Beginn und am Ende abgehakt und kontrolliert werden muss. Eine Variante auf Deutsch wäre empfehlenswert. Zusätzlicher Verbesserungsvorschlag: sehr angenehm wären Insektengitter in den Schlafräumen, da diese über keine Klimaanlage verfügen und die Fenster aufgrund der doch sehr warmen Temperaturen in der Nacht geöffnet sind.

Très belle petite villa à 2 pas d'une grande plage

Très bien située en bord de mer. Beaucoup de rando à faire sur la costa verde à une dizaine de minutes de la résidence. Accès rapide à la plage, commerces proches (500m). Point d'attache idéal pure visiter la moitié Nord de l'île. Très bien équipée, tout confort. Seul bémol, piscine non chauffée en avril.

Villa idéale pour les vacances

Nous étions quatre, dont deux jeunes enfants, et nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa. Elle est très fonctionnelle et il y a tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin. La climatisation a été un vrai plus car il faisait très chaud pendant notre séjour. La piscine, ou la mer au choix, à deux pas, nous ont permis de tout faire sur place. Il y a même un supermarché à moins de cinq minutes à pied. Bref, tout pour se reposer agréablément.

Sehr schöne Villa in sehr schöner Lage

Die Villa ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Anlage ist ruhig und direkt am Strand gelegen, den Strand erreicht man bequem zu Fuss ohne die Strasse (N198) überqueren zu müssen. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind direkt in der Nähe. Die Pizzeria am Strand ist sehr lecker. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen und können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen!

Very nice area, well-equipped house

The area is very nice, very clean swimming pool. Beach only a minute away, great for some swims and sandbox play. Very calm holiday village, there is some construction beneath, but it wasn't noisy. The house itself is great, all equipment you need for holidays with kids. Quite spacey for 2 adults and 2 kids. Unfortunately it was not very clean on arrival. Good restaurants (e.g. le flibustier) and various shopping possibilities around (car necessary anyway). Overall, I would recommend it for all families, our kids have enjoyed the pool, as well as the beach. Just one star deducted due to some cleaning we had to do until we felt comfortable.

Sehr schöne saubere Anlage in Strandnähe. Genügend Platz am Pool im Monat Juli. Strand in 2min. zu erreichen, Hunde am Strand erlaubt. Einkaufen, Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten schöne 3 Wochen -Danke- Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Belle villa dans lotissement neuf

Séjour professionnel de 2 semaines. Logement fonctionnel et bien équipé, description et photos fidèles à la réalité. Au calme, mais suffisamment proche de la N 198 pour un départ facile vers toutes les destinations. Pas testé la piscine ni la mer en cette saison mais les accès sont vraiment très proches. Commerces à proximité et restaurants. A recommander sans aucun doute.
