Location: located in an exclusive position on the canal port and a few steps from the sea, maximum comfort!

Description: bright apartment completely renovated with brand new furnishings on the second and top floor of a small building in the center of Cesenatico.

Entrance to large living room with sofa, dining table and new kitchenette equipped with dishwasher - bedroom with double bed, foldaway single bed and en suite bathroom with shower - second bedroom with foldaway double bed and separating panels - full bathroom with shower.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room, washing machine and a splendid panoramic communal terrace on the upper floor.

Pets not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house.

Apartment in a very central location, super-equipped, convenient to the sea and all services!
