The house welcomes you in a good location close to many activities. Look forward to bright rooms, dine together at the long dining table and get cosy on the sofa in the evening after an eventful day.



Unwind on the terrace, soak up the sun and swim in the pool as you please, in the evening you can barbecue in the open air, play a game of table tennis and relax at the end of the day.



Enjoy relaxing walks or long hikes through the fragrant garrigue landscapes and vineyards. The nearby Haut-Languedoc nature park is perfect for exploring on foot, by bike or on horseback. For water sports enthusiasts, the Orb offers the best conditions for canoeing. Glide through crystal-clear water, past shady plane trees and charming villages. Or take a refreshing dip in one of the natural river pools. Stroll through the winding alleyways of Cessenon-sur-Orb and discover the historic church or the remains of the medieval town wall. Take a trip to Béziers, where you can marvel at the famous Saint-Nazaire cathedral and the impressive locks of Fonseranes. In less than an hour you can reach the fine sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, where you can soak up the sun and relax.
