Kids Club 遊戲齊全,泳池夠大,但酒店房間、沙灘椅、設備較舊,但看得出房間有局部翻身,早餐餐廳的餐具、水杯和咖啡杯很污糟,一定要多加注意!
Cannot access to the beach, cannot walk along the beach to other premises. The chiller plants are very very noisy without scilencer, it needs repair. It caused few floors filled with noisy.

The Novotel Beach Resort Cha-am has a large room facing the Cha-am Beach and is in a comfortable environment. Moreover, there is a waterslide swimming pool, which is very suitable for a family vacation.

A very beautiful sea view. I like it very much. And it has a quite good swimming pool, with slide. It's so close to the beach. I can have a leisure walk there. Recommended.

The hotel swimming pool is close to the beach, and there have some facilities for kids. And the staff also is polite and friendly.

The facilities were little bit old. At the 1st mid night stay in the room, the air-conditioner shut down suddenly. We call staff and prompt came to repair it.
The service is ok.
The massage shop and restaurants near hotel are not good. However, it is far away if you wanna go to the night market. It is recommended to drive over there.

General is ok, however, the floor of the room is not clean. No air conditioning to all the restaurants in the hotel which is terrible during summer.
