貼近預期
海景只適宜觀賞，不宜下水，因太混濁。此酒店最大賣點是泳池，差不多兩個足球場般大，環繞著整個酒店建築群。其餘就是一般五星級酒店設施跟配套。最後一點，就是水管比較舊，開出來的水很黃，應該是鏽蝕嚴重了，要放一陣子的水才能變清。

飯店已經有些年份了，整體還算可以，除了對面的outlet外，沒有可逛的地方，距離華欣有段路程，交通車需要付費，剛好遇到印度土豪辦婚禮～一整個把寶來塢搬了過來～印度人公德心有待加強，相當吵雜而且許多地方被包場～影響度假品質，

excellent bell service, good pool, beautiful beach. as a foreigner, i don't really like the taste of water in thailand. but the complimentary bottle water, crystal, taste normally good. and NSF certified. the shuttle service to hua hin night market is good. but could be better if they can provide more stops to different locations.

Check in時間比較長，房間要行好遠先達到，房間整體都整潔。早餐種類豐富。

往泳池很方便，合適渡假，餐飲不錯啊！惟搬運行李上落樓梯非常不便，以及因二天潮漲，未有機會到沙灘游玩！

沙灘好小,純粹玩飯店內各處連通的游泳池,然後地點離夜市有點遠,接駁車來回要100泰銖還得提前預定不然不一定有位置。

職員服務及態度很好, 房間很整潔, 浴室很大很漂亮。一打開露台便可跳下水, 白天時長期有工作人員在泳池旁撈枯枝落葉, 亦見到有工作人員噴灑殺蟲藥, 住了三日兩夜亦未見有太多蚊蟲。酒店送的自助早餐質素算OK, 款式夠多。由酒店到華欣市內需15分鐘車程, 酒店有接駁巴要50銖一位,但想要有如此環境的度假村,位置不好是預料之內,亦是可接受範圍。唯一失望的是酒店行出去的海灘, 海灘很細, 很多垃圾, 明顯沒有人打理, 而且見到有碎掉的玻璃樽。

Infinity swimming pool!! Had a great time!!
I stayed in for 4 days. At 1st night, they have no hair dryer, teeth brush and paste to my room, I need called to operation desk to get them. they told me that usually they are not provided but they still gave 2 sets to me without charge. i am much appreciated that because Convenience Store 7-11 is not near by, they are at least 15-20 mins (one way) walking distance, and streets are not much lightings after dark. The pillows was ok. The room cleaning was ok , and compare to "Thai" standard very acceptable. =) They provided fresh fruits everyday. Overall, I loved and enjoyed in this hotel very much!

The staff is very nice and the environment is very good. The swimming pool is very large and beautiful. Luna Lanai is a Thai Southern cuisine that the food provided is delicious and economic. The environment is romantic and having a good view near the ocean particularly at night. The room is so comfortable. Overall, the environment is very enjoyable.

方間舒適滿意~
地點不方便, 景點及華欣市約15-20分鈡車程, 酒店有車到華欣市, 但要收費的及時間的, 如只在酒店內就沒有問題, 因我是自駕的, 停車場不在酒店門口, 要坐酒店的GOLF車到達, 泳池是全華欣五星酒店來說最大的, 員工只對外國人較好的, 我是香港, 基本都不會主動招呼的, 方間舒適滿意~
