「Hotellet slitet, men allt funkade. Internet, aircondition, varmvatten. Det enda var att frukosten serverades efter 08.00 eller senare och att man bara fick ett bröd per gäst. Generöst med smör. Det ingick även cornflakes och mjölk. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Hotellet kändes mycket tryggt och lugnt och det låg mycket bra till mitt i Barrio Italia men på en tyst gata. En underlig sak dock var att hotellet drog hela beloppet när jag bokade. Dom ska enligt hotels inte dra några pengar på...

「You get what you pay for. This was a cheap stay. There was only one shower and one toilet for 5 rooms, some of which were double. The shower was either scaldingly hot or freezing cold with no in between. It is in an area with 1940s buildings which are really nice. It was quiet and close to bus and metro.」

「Dealbreaker for most people: not only does the dorm not have outlets by the beds—it only has one double outlet for the whole room of 4 beds (and it’s up high where you can’t set your phone on anything). Buy a power strip, guys! I had another stay here where I was in a private room and that was quite nice. Great location. You need to bring your own towels and padlocks for dorms. 「I stayed in the private apartment (thought was on sight) But it is down the street from the hostel. The apartment is basic and no shampoo or anything like that. Two towels and no dish towels. Apartment was kind of run down but the price is what you get. Bed was not that comfortable and no ac; just a fan. Area was close to the plaza and the lucia hill (5-10 minute walk) nice views from 22nd floor but stayed for 3 nights in Santiago and least favorite city so far; graffiti everywhere after the...
