The room was so nice and comfortable and the building location was only a 15-20 minute walk to the main Plaza Square where the travel agents were located. Chachapoyas was a fantastic place to visiit and if returning to Peru, we will be staying at this location again.”

El hotel es una casona bonita justo al frente de la plaza de armas, muy conveniente. La habitación tenía los servicios básicos, agua caliente. En general creo que la casona necesita algo de mantenimiento. Lo que compensó todo fue el servicio, las personas encargadas muy amables. ”

“The building it is located at is quite old, but it has clean room and bathrooms, hot showers, well equipped kitchen for boiling water/cooking/eating. Girl at reception was friendly and helpful.”

“The people who work here are nice and friendly, but my bathroom was extremely visibly dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The first night I was too tired to complain, but in the morning I asked the young man at the front desk to have it cleaned, specifying that the toilet and sink were very dirty. There was also a water leak on the floor, so I left the bathmat there to soak it up. I went out for the day to find that the bed was made and trash emptied, but the bathroom hadn't been……
