Would not stay here again. I understand that it was the cheap option provided but this property is in not clean and has zero amenities, advertised pool-closed for undisclosed reason. Elevator not operational-undisclosed reason. Room was dirty, not vacuumed, stains on walls, etc….exterior property dirty and damaged. I was also allowed to book with a credit card company and then upon arrival was told they don’t process that card and wouldn’t accept cash as payment. If there are other options in Chadron I would go elsewhere! I am seeking a refund…..

Bad stay need to clean

I paid 87.00 to stay here it was not clean at all shower curtain was drity and the fridge the floor hadden be vacuumed it was not good.

Property is ok for the pricing. A little run down. The 24 hr coffee was cold the first morning and they didn't have any the second. Staff isn't very attentive. Never came in the room to refresh towls or remove gargage

Horrible proprty

Check in was nice but ADA accessible room was out of service so they put us in another room that didnt work well with a wheelchair. Toilet was clogged and no hot water. General landscaping was horrible with weeds growing in parking area and sidewalk. We would not stay here again.

Nice rooms...that's about it.

Room was great. No ice in machine. Late opening breakfast. No Wi-Fi. Had to ask for a towel. Parking lot looked abandoned.

While the hotel itself was sufficient, the rooms were not clean, I had pink mold in the toilet and the air condition worked half of the time. The bathroom fan was super loud and there was only 1 light in the room. This hotel will be on my list of “never stay here again” when I go to visit my daughter at Chadron State

The wifi is poor. Most of time I can not connect to the wifi or no network service. The receipt that hotel showed totally $51 for one night, but in expedia website, it showed $71.73 charged. I have no idea.

Room dirty and had no other rooms in town to get. Motel was full. Toilet seat broken and replaced an oblong seat with a round! Yes really! Floor not clean. Bathroom light shut off on it's own above the sink if you left it on for any time at all. So if you turned it on and took a shower it would shut off by time you needed sink/mirror area. 2ft weeds all over parking lot and bush areas plus trash and a screen that had fallen off a window. Halls and entry not clean. Back emergency door blocked with caution tape and closed sign. Rarely anyone at front desk and would take awhile to come when bell pushed. Our screen had large holes in it so bugs could come in if we wanted window open. Front entry cement smelled like cigaretts and cement stained from spilled drinks or whatever. Pool closed. Holes in carpet on elevator and stains in halls. Laundry room was a mess and floor never cleans in several day we were there.

The upkeep on building is not good. It wasn’t very clean at all. Pool has been non functional for some time. One of the exit doors was taped off. Poor condition overall.

What an absolute disgrace! Unfortunately we could not change hotels as all were sold out. So many things are wrong with this property. 1. Hair dryer plug was in pieces, definite fire and safety hazard. 2. Wifi was NOT! They tried to reset, but it never worked. 3. Dead birds in the courtyard outside our window...yuck. Entry ways into hotel were filthy, litter and bugs and dirt! 4. No Coffee in the breakfast room. Tried to turn the lights on in the room, only there were no bulbs in the fixtures! It was like that in most common areas. 5. No Ice! Ice machine made noise, but not production. 6. Toilet seat broken. 7. Sink and tub very old and stained. 8. Asked for housekeeping to make up the rooms, many times. They do not even leave clean towels nor do they make the beds! 9. Bedding badly stained. 10. Could smell "pot" in the hallway on a regular basis. This was my WORST experience ever. May have been a bit better if anyone in management even cared. They just gave you a look, if you could get them to the front desk. I was told we may have to wait when they were buzzed as they have small children and they were more important.

One bed had a leg missing on one corner. Pillow cases had stains, even though washed. No in room refrigerator. Hair dryer did not work. Continental breakfast was hardly existant. Tub drain slow in draining.

The staff was very nice but nothing worked. The pool was closed, the ice machine was broken, there was no patio, hair dryer did not work, cover for the light in the bathroom was broken, I could go on…..

Half the lights were burned out in the room. I had to screw back on toilet seat. No iron and I even asked the desk for one. Hair dryer did not work, coffee at the breakfast area was lighter than the color of tea. Found a pump thermos in lobby from the day before and heated it in the microwave. Terrible for $93. Never again. Even the locals laughed when I told them where I stayed. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I want my money back.
