Former high-capacity factory in the heart of Chagny

  • A former factory that we have renovated, located in the heart of the Côte d'Or, 5 minutes from Pulligny-Montrachet and Rully, and 15 minutes from Beaune, on the Route des Grands Crus.

Located in Chagny, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this little haven of peace will charm you with its magnificent, typically Burgundian stone building.

It offers spacious, bright rooms and ample sleeping capacity (15 people).

It features a garden with a SWIMMING POOL and a large parking area, all exclusively for your use.

This rental is ideal for gatherings with family, friends, or for a seminar.

The market, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, and more are just a 3-minute walk away.

The town of Chagny, just a stone’s throw from the cottage, offers the “Voie Verte” and “Voie Bleue” trails, allowing you to explore our beautiful region in various ways.

There are many nearby activities to discover: hot-air balloon rides, wine cellar tours, visits to the Château mustard factory and estate, e-bike tours... and much more.
Feel free to ask us to help organize your outings if needed.
