"I am unable to comment on this property. As when we arrived they had no reservation for us. They have taken our money and between them and Expedia we had nowhere to sleep for 2 nights!!!! At this time we cannot decern who is to blame. We will chase Expeida customer services for more answers "

"The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price. Nice, central location , but a little removed from the noisiness of the bustling downtown area, which was a plus. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. When I needed anything or had questions, that’s who I would ask because front desk staff (all three that were there during our stay) were not very helpful or friendly, bordering on downright rude. "

"Curtains were dirty. Did not like that we had to make our beds on arriving and strip beds on departure. Lift was not working and we were not advised before arrival. Not great if you have mobility issues "

"La personne de l'accueil était très gentille.Arrivé dans le logement, le ménage n'avait pas été fait (j'ai du faire le ménage a mon arrivé alors que j'avais pris le forfait ménage pour être tranquille )Papier de bonbons, miettes et sac de soin médical, caché dans le matelas du canapé, salon jardin dégoutant, les carreaux on ne voyait pas a travers, toiles d'araignées, table mal laver et j'en passe!!! Quand nous l'avons signaler, on nous a répondu c'est un oublis !!!! Le frigo congèle les...

"The location is perfect and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. Internet access is very fluid. One small improvement could be made in re. the kitchen cleaning supplies/bathroom supplies, too limited for a stay longer than a week. But overall very pleasant stay. Thank you!"
