「I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. 「This was the second time staying in this hotel. Always a very enjoyable stay. Conveniently located between Narumoro and Nanyuki. Well designed hotel beautiful hotel. Accommodation super quiet and very comfortable. Wide variety of delicious foods. I will be back definitely.」

「The room was spacious, well aerated and generally clean, not too warm and not too cold. The staff were very well informed and helpful with getting around and information for pretty much everything available at the hotel.」
