「We have had four family ski holidays staying at Madame Vacances Hotel Le Mottaret and we have always very much enjoyed our time here. The very helpful and friendly staff are excellent. The location of the hotel is right next to the slope just a 30 second stroll from the hotel entrance. 「No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!」

「Very close to lift with great dining option nearby. Breakfast was great! Ski rental site on-site and they store your stuff for you so just drop skis at door. We thoroughly enjoyed hot tub/sauna/steam room. Would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately, the two best rooms with balcony I was told were smaller. We had 3 in each room so opted for 2 biggest. It is a very short walk to lift, don’t think there is a closer hotel in 1850. 」
