「My first room had a broken TV and a terrible view to a parking lot although I booked a luxury room. They moved me to another room w a city view but the AC was not working properly….maintenance people came to fix it but it didn’t work .. finally they gave me a fan which helped cooling down the room temperature.. the front desk staff was outstanding but the rooms look poor and the carpet needs replacing .. the restaurants and the lobby is beautiful.. friendly staff !!」
