「We were looking for kayak-friendly owners and property, and scored on both! Sweet spot in a protected cove, access to other coves, islands and river nearby, and open ocean 3 miles south. Easy launching from their dock and a dedicated float that allows easy in and out. Shannon and Gil are great hosts; they arranged lobster from son’s catch one day and cooked it for us! 「Nice, clean place. Very good kitchen and cookware. Washer and dryer were great. The only negative for us were the two futon couches - not very substantial and very uncomfortable to sit on.」

「Great views. House pretty clean & supplies were fine except only 3 coffee cups for 6 adults. VACasa said they would get more cups. They failed, never received. Some lights didn't work & lots of dead bugs in light fixtures.」
