  • The large, 6 bedroom, 2 bath home can comfortably sleep up to 18 people in beds. With two living rooms (one with new furniture in 2020) and 2 dining rooms, there is ample space to spread out. The back deck offers beautiful views of the hills and a gas grill to cook that fresh caught Walleye on. The Missouri River is steps away, and fishing from shore is possible.
    The front deck offers the perfect spot to relax, drink a cool beverage and enjoy the view. The large shaded yard is the perfect spot for family games. Start a fire in the fire pit and make some memories or relive some old ones while watching the sun set over the beautiful Missouri River. Minutes from town, boat docks, public beach and Public Hunting and Shooting Range.
    Enjoy the beautiful sunsets while gathered around the firepit catching up with family and friends.

Great place for a reunion

6 retirees / former co-workers from the Colorado Division of Wildlife convened from various places to celebrate our decades-long friendship. The place met our needs extremely well. Dog friendly for well-behaved canines such as ours. Enjoyed taking the pups down the steps to the beach to romp in the water.

Great family get together

We had an amazing time. The property was great. This place allowed all of us to get together and stay together. The one thing that everybody loved was that there was an adequate amount of towels and bedding and fans that were available for people to use. It was nice and close to the river and it had the most beautiful view that you will ever imagine From the living room windows

Nice place for a little get away

Was a nice place for the family and a few extended family to get together. Would recommend to people wanting a little get away. Only thing I wish we knew a head of time is where it says queen beds, they are actually full size beds. That makes a difference when you are thinking how many beds you need. Another thing to note but not a big deal is to get to the water you do have to walk down a path that for some people a little older may not be able to do. Especially when coming back up.
