After a long drive, we were stunned to turn the corner to find our home overlooking a gorgeous seaside, situated on a quiet, walkable, friendly street. When we stepped inside, we found the house to be a clean, cozy, and quiet haven that had plenty of space to relax, play board games, and enjoy family breakfasts around the table. "The home is on a beautiful, private piece of land right on the St. George River estuary. The views are absolutely stunning and there is a short path right to the water and rocks. It was a perfect spot for two couples to relax and convenient to explore the midcoast region."

"Fantastic coastal cottage feel! Beautiful view of the the bay. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect location to walk to center of Boothbay harbor shops and restaurants. My only suggestion...replace any bad window shades with working ones..andCheck all ac unit filters.maybe consider updating the upstairs ac units.We had an amazing time."

"Our third stay was just as charming as the first two. The beauty of the lake, the serene accommodations and locale cannot be topped. The apartment is so cozy and comfortable. We've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this is our favorite. We'll be back."

" Location was very quaint and picturesque. Our room was very clean. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinners at the restaurant. The food was delicious and staff was very accommodating. The only complaint was the shower water temperature took too long to become warm. We would definitely return to Smugglers again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and spacious and had a balcony overlooking the harbour. The staff were friendly and helpful and there is free parking.Unfortunately the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday, but there were other places to eat within easy walking distance. The breakfast sandwich from just across the street was delicious and we enjoyed it while taking in the view from the balcony. We would love to stay here again, our only regret is that we could only stay one night."
