“The balcony door was completely broken so we had to climb in and out of the window to enjoy the balcony which was very disappointing.”

We had a hiccup at check-in, and she jumped on it immediately—had it fixed right away and even went above and beyond by reimbursing us for the inconvenience.It’s rare to find hosts who care this much and respond this quickly. We really appreciated it and would absolutely book with her again.”

“Just so you know this is a real review, I'll start with the nickel and dime stuff. But the tl;dr is that this is a great property and I'd totally stay again. The very few annoying things were that the door to the master bedroom is a sliding door that leaves a gap, and the kids bunk room just has a curtain. So if privacy is paramount you might have an issue. Also, the hot tubs were warm at best, and we actually had to get out after about 10 minutes because we got cold. The kitchen could be better……
