The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom as well as an additional toilet, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Further amenities include a television, air conditioning, and a washing machine.



You have a private outdoor area with a garden, terrace, and barbecue. In addition, you have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from June 15 to September 15, located 200 m from the property). A tennis court is a 15-minute walk from the house.
