「We are lucky to be upgraded to a very big and comfortable room with beautiful sea view! There are different functional rooms we can visit. They are so great! However, the breakfast has little choice with only bread,cold cut food and fruit. It's better to have some hot food like eggs, sausages.」

「This is a very nice small hotel. The staff was super-friendly, the location is just a short walk from the town center and slightly longer to the beach, our room was spacious, clean, and had great A/C, and the neighborhood was mellow and quiet.」

「Beautiful location right next to a surfing beach. Have no fears about being on the first floor as every floor has a great view due to the height of the building. As its a residence and not a hotel dont expect daily cleaning but more of a condo feel.」

「J'ai ADORÉ loger au Palmito! J'ai tout aimé et si je reviens à Biarritz je logerai à nouveau ! Je recommande sans hésitation. Le personnel est ultra sympathique, courtois, souriant et serviable ! Les chambres sont grandes et bien décorées. On est confortable. J'avais une chambre avec petit balcon et vue sur l'océan, magnifique ! Merci Palmito ! Je m'ennuie déjà !」

「总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善」
