It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.”

“The location is exactly as described. With that said we had many plus and minuses about the property. The description of luxury gave us a different impression than reality. The pictures give make the apartment look fabulous. The apartment served our family and friends well. Very close to town and had it been winter the ski in and out feature would have been more assable. Spring skiing made skiing in and out difficult and we ended up driving to the gondola everyday, (walking down and up the hill”
