The place is in a good location with good parking, walkable to the city center. Fabien is very helpful with helping us to get us settled. Modern and well furnished, except the dining area could be lowered.

Great apartment. The host let us check in early and gave us a better parking spot. There is an indoor hot tub in the basement as well as a sauna and boot drying rack. Bus to all ski areas is about a 5 minute walk away.

Great little studio and even better people

You cannot go wrong staying at this property. Fabien will treat you right and you are both in the heart of chamonix and just outside the crowds in downtown chamonix. Walk 5 mins to everything but hear the birds in the morning as you open your balcony windows to an unobstructed view of Mont Blanc. Fabien thank you for taking such good care of us! Bravo!!

Helpful host and clean property. Very enjoyable stay overall. Easy walking distance to downtown Chamonix. Our room not very big, and didn't have mountainview, although the other rooms must have nice views. The portion of the road immediately in front of the property doesn't have sidewalk, so it's recommended to be attentive when walking into town

I’ve been stayed in a few dozens of hotels in major countries for skiing and travel. This hotel is the best in terms of overall value and convenience. I especially like the kitchen, the cleanness, good walking distance to Chamonix centre, supermarket and Brevent ski resort. I would recommend to my friends who want to come to Chamonix.

Lovely property and location. Room super comfortable. Having a mini kitchen area was handy. Room could have done with coffee and not just tea. Check-in and check-out was confusingly done over Whatsapp rather than face to face.
