Placed within easy walking distance of the Brevent ski lift, this balcony apartment in Chamonix provides a carefree ski base for couples and groups of 4.

Inside, the 2nd floor apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV. The spacious open plan living room also features an l-shaped double sofa bed for 2, alongside balcony access and a well-equipped modern kitchen diner for 4. A master double bedroom with balcony access provides a restful ambience for a couple, whilst the separate WC and bathroom with tub and overhead shower offers added convenience for small groups. A washing machine is also provided.

The 2nd floor apartment is situated in a 4-storey residence with lift access and underground resident parking area. Guests staying can easily rely on the local public transport links, whilst the Brevent ski lift and resort amenities of Chamonix are a short walk away.

The 4-storey residence is situated along ‘Allée Louis Lachenal’, opposite a bus stop and just 3 minutes’ walk away from the Brevent ski lift and Savoy ski slopes. The amenities of Chamonix centre are also easily reachable on foot, 2 minutes’ walk away. Geneva International airport is 70 minutes’ drive away, for year-round accessibility.
Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable.

Au coeur de Chamonix

Tranquille, tres bien situé, stationnement intérieur, belle grande galerie avec vue, aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissant au niveau de la douche, tapis partout, porte de chambre qui ne ferme pas, vieillot.
