## Logement
The accommodation is located in the French Alps, at the foot of Mont Blanc, in the exceptional setting of the Chamonix Valley, the ski capital of the world. Come and spend a pleasant stay in this practical apartment. It consists of 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds and 1 double bed, a bathroom and a lounge area to relax after an intense day of skiing.
Attention the bathroom, the back of the living room, a bedroom and the toilets are attic on the wall of the back (so a little low, about 1.40 meters high).
The attic bathroom is equipped with a bathtub in which you cannot stand (you must wash while sitting).
The house has a GARDEN that will be very appreciated in summer as in winter.
You will have everything at your disposal to spend a great stay.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the resort! The area is very popular with locals and tourists, you are 2km from the city center. Do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.

If you arrive by train, the SNCF des Pélerins stop (small train connecting the lower part of the valley - Saint Gervais les Bains with Chamonix - , distant of about 22 Km) is at 100 meters from the house.
