Newly built residence Les Balcons Etoilés, with lift, is located in the traditional village of Champagny-en-vanoise, close to Parc de la Vanoise. The residence lies in a unique location in the French Alps : 100 meters from the shops and the heart of the village and only 20 meters from the gondola lift and ski school. Made of 2 large chalets, the residence is South-West facing. Surface area : about 57 m² including 1 m² under 1.80 m. 9th floor. Orientation : West. Living room with kettle, coffee machine, bed-settee, oven / microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge-freezer. Bedroom with 2 single beds.
