Très bel endroit !

L'appartement est très bien entretenu et très bien agencé, c est comme neuf ! L'équipement est complet , l'accès au balcon est un vrai plus . L'appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas d'une supérette et de restaurants. L'accueil , l'accès et la restitution étaient au top . A conseiller sans réserves !

Très bon hôtel au pied des pistes, très agréable. Dommage qu’on est pas pu profiter de la vue sur la vallée et que le checkout est trop long car le service de ménage doit vérifier la chambre avant notre départ

Residence très bien située au pied des pistes. Studio très bien agencé, tout mignon et avec une super vue sur la vallée. Le seul hic c'est l'ascenseur en panne lors de notre séjour ainsi que la piscine avec trop de monde... Globalement une belle expérience.

Arrivés dimanche soir, nous sommes restés sans eau jusqu'au lundi après-midi. Nous n'avons donc pas pu utiliser la salle de bain, les toilettes (surtout !), l'accès au sauna (très petit par rapport au nombre de personnes que peut accueillir l'établissement) et la piscine (qui n'a d'ailleurs pas de vestiaires : il faut remonter à sa chambre en serviette de bain !). Alors, oui, il y a eu un problème avec une canalisation externe à l'établissement mais le désagrément rencontré a bien perturbé nos vacances et les prestations proposées ont pourtant bien été payées... dès notre arrivée, la totalité de la location ainsi que les petits-déjeuners prévus nous ont été réclamés avec un chèque de caution de 200€. Pas de reçu donné ce jour-là et quand nous nous sommes présentés au 2ème petit-déjeuner, on ne nous voyait pas sur le registre. Difficile du coup de justifier. Pas de facture envoyée par mail comme demandée (peut-être parce que nous avions payé en espèces ?!...). La personne à l'accueil ne nous a bien-sûr pas demandé si notre séjour s'était bien passé et quand je lui ai demandé un tout petit geste commercial pour le désagrément, sa réponse a été qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Bien dommage.

très agréable de profiter de la piscine et du sauna, chambre fonctionnelle mais manque de confort au niveau des lits a mon gout. Très correct pour le prix malgré tout! Très bonne localisation et restaurant très bon!

Je retourne chaque année, demande dernier étage pour éviter le bruit éventuel des voisins… doléance acceptée ! Il manquerait éventuellement une rallonge sur place, peu de prises. Appartement propre sauf 1 drap tâché noir (chaussures)… Superbe vue. Je recommande.

On peut aller là avec un chien... il faut payer un supplément. La cuisine est bien équipée, toutefois les plaques de cuisson de la cuisinière sont un peu trop proches pour faire la cuisine confortablement... ceci dit, on n'y passe que quelques jours, on peut s'en accomoder. La vue (côté Grenoble) est exceptionnelle, en particulier une fois la nuit tombée ! Il y a une petite bagnoire-douche pas mal, malheureusement on ne peut pas accrocher la pomme de douche en hauteur pour liberer les deux mains. On a passé un séjour très agréable à 2. à 6 ça risque d'être un poil à l'étroit...

Service is good like always. Lauren is super! Explain things properly and helped us with delivery etc... We did not use the restaurant at this trip due to the global health threats otherwise we always loved the restaurant there.
