「The property is a 5 minute walk from the train station which was great. It is also located in the heart of old Annecy. Close to restaurants, the canals, the market, etc. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities included. Important note that if you have accessibility issues it would be fairly difficult for you to stay here. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. There are also no lights in the staircases. Le plafond est un peu bas mais cela ne nous a pas trop gêné même pour des gabarits de 1m88. Attention cependant au réseau qui est plutôt faible. Nous y retournerons très certainement.」

「Location was great. Air conditioning was amazing. The black-out blinds were super helpful.It wasn’t great that there was no laundry detergent. Why provide a washing machine if you’re not going to provide at least a small amount of detergent (which costs maybe 1). Shower is small but that’s pretty standard in Europe.」
