“Apartment was clean and updated. We were able to park right outside of stairwell door, which allowed for easy in and out. The parking lot is a gated entry, so felt safe. The building elevator was broken for our entire visit, so with the room being on the 3rd floor it was a hassle to lug our large suitcase up and down for check-in and out. Host was responsive to all questions upon check-in. ”

“I stayed for one night at the Aloha Motel. Upon check in around 5 pm, I noticed my room wasn’t super clean. The more I looked, the more I found of trash, stains, and even a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, still wet from when it was used. When I messaged the property owner, he asked for video/photo evidence. I sent it to him immediately, but didn’t hear back until the morning. His resolution to this is taking with housekeeping…. That is all… and that he hoped I had enjoyed my stay. I’m……

“This was not the greatest VRBO experience for us but at least when we reached out the property management team did respond. First of all the google address that was under the listing was incorrect and we were sent to a totally different property and searched for the unit #. Upon finding said unit # things didn't seem right and we called and they did forward us the correct address which was several miles away. Hopefully this was fixed on the listing. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit……

“Overall good; but microwave broke with 7 days remaining and never replaced. I can’t blame the host; but possibly the owner. Advertised as sleeps 4 but that’s with a sofa in living room that reclines (not a sleeper sofa). Virtually impossible for 2 adults to use. Complex was nice with pools, hot tub and 2 fitness rooms. ”

“Vince was absolutely wonderful and incredibly communicative every step of the way. I genuinely don’t know when this man sleeps—he responded to my messages within minutes, every time! He was so sweet, thoughtful, and patient throughout my stay.The room itself was adorable. The mini fridge was surprisingly spacious, and the microwave? Freaking cute. The space had everything I needed and more.Location-wise, it was perfect—just half a mile from downtown Chandler, which made it super easy to walk……

“The space was very well kept and comfortable. It is very nice lay decorated and well stocked with all the necessities including coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, oil vinegar, spices, blender and popcorn popper, to name a few of the amenities. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Fabulous patio. Comfortable bed and couch. ”

“The experience was exactly as advertised: easy to check in, central location to local restaurants and bars and clean. We were able to enjoy our time and able to walk for our meals. ”
