“This place is amazing to stay at ifnyou have pets not many other places allow pets. The place was clean . The only thing i would have to complain about is the bed was uncomfortable, definitely needed a new mattress ”

“The reservation process was overly difficult for me. The unit is perfect for access to parking and nice pool. The kitchen area has minimal dishes,silverware and utensils...a toaster would be nice. It was a bit noisy at times from hall doors and the apartment above. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby.”

“We arrived on a Sunday and the room was so filthy we had to buy Lysol disinfectant and wipe everything down. It was disgusting the dirt we removed from the shelves and furniture. The air conditioning was not working and I called immediately to get it fixed or to be moved to a room with air conditioning. The person said they would notify management about the problem and would call me the following morning. No one returned my call or showed up to fix the air conditioner on Monday morning. At……

“Noisy Garbage Pickup almost every night between 3:30 and 4:00 am, doors banging and stomping in unit above every night. Sofa bed pullout had such a poor mattress it was un-useable. Maintenance replaced at our request, but had no other sofas, we got a tiny futon which my 9 year old was barely able to sleep on. Manager didn't have record of our reservation or overlooked it, I had to call a few hours before our checkin to get checkin instructions.”

“Difficult to enter. Found a different entrance to enter that worked. A little confusing after all day driving & tired.”

“Great location for us. Bed was comfortable and the couch could use updating and also only had one stool at the kitchen counter but we made it work. The kitchen sink is very small as I like to hand wash the dishes.”

“I got sick and couldn't breathe I believe their might have been mold there as I am very sensitive to it having been exposed previously. Unfortunately we had to leave the property. We asked for a refund but never heard back from the property manager. We were originally scheduled for a different apartment but that room was filthy so they moved us. We won't be staying there again”

“Stay was sufficient. Howevee very inconvenient for us as the listing advertised amenities that were not there. We based our booking on having certain things for our special needs children and they weren't there, which made our trip extremely challenging. Other than that, and not enough towels, stay was ok. But wouldn't book again without confirming amenities personally ahead of time.”

“This property is far different than advertised. We had to change rooms due to the poor condition of the first room. The staff was very helpful in getting us relocated. They appear to be short staffed and over worked. Every where you look there is deferred maintenance and only one maintenance person for the entire complex. When i complained about the room not being what we expected, i was told the pictures and the vrbo information were three years old. We rented for a month and there were dozens……

“Everything looks great on paper. Which is good because that's what they built the walls out of at this place. At 3am I was treated to a lovely (i.e. heated) argument between two of the neighbors. Yelling. Cussing. More yelling. Threats of violence. This lasted until about 4:30am. Let's just say that I did not get a restful night's sleep as I had to wake up at 6am for my flight. I will not stay here again.”
