As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the staff and they could not be more welcoming, polite and helpful. We got to our room (we did have to go up some stairs but nothing too bad) and it was extremely clean. The location was perfect, we were a 5minute walk to golden beach, which was stunning. As well as a 15min taxi drive to Chania old town. Which the staff helped us book. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel to go elsewhere too. However the highlight of our trip was definitely the staff, from the bar staff to the hotel staff. They were always helpful with giving recommendations, and extremely kind and greeted us with a smile (no matter what time we came in!) Couldn’t recommend it enough :) We will be booking again ASAP!

Wonderful stay! Way better than staying in town. We walked to old town daily, about 1.8 miles along the beach, or you could take a bus in for 2euro, directly across the street. They call and set up any excursion you ask for! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk! We loved it here so much!
