The hotel's location was really good, it is within walking distance from the vetian harbour and lots of restaurants. The room was very nice, but also quite noisy. The room was right next to a pretty busy street and we heard cars and motorcycles throughout the night. The staff was very nice and were able to hold our luggage after check out.

Great location, great service, great comfort

The location was perfect with walking distance to the old Venetian harbor and to Chania bus station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us really good advice on what to do and how to plan our activities the best way possible. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that it wasn't very soundproof and some of the other guests were a bit loud at times. But overall a really good and priceworthy option.

The place was quiet and clean. However, there was no bedding for the 2nd child. The shower handle support is broken, but everything still works. We expected to have a shuttle to the airport but it was only a reference for the taxi, which was reliable on the other hand. The place was well located, close to the old town, the Venetian port.

Beautiful Old Town Location

Spacious, clean and located in a quiet and very pleasant area in Chania old town away from the busy tourist areas, staff were very helpful and friendly, ten minute walk to the venetian harbour, beach and all amenities, Very pleased with my stay, recommended.

Super für zwei Paare !

Schönes Hotel mit tollen Familienzimmern geeignet für zwei Paare durch fie getrennten Zimmer. Achtung: am Samstag ist Markt. Auto nicht an der Straße direkt am Hotel parken, und Fenster zu!

Good location and comfy bed

The location is ideal if you are coming with the car as there is plenty of free parking around and also it is really close to the harbour just walking. Room and bathroom are brand new, super comfy bed and shower with pressure. The only inconvenience was that our room was on the first level next to the main door and we were hearing in everyone that was coming in during the night.
